A Night at the Museum
We used only two ingredients to create a sophisticated dinner setting in a Victorian Museum Gallery which had not been seen by the public since WW2. We placed church candles in archive draws at the sides of the room to draw the eye to the immense length of the unique space. On the table there was a carpet of snakeshead fritillary (fritalaria meleagris) under arching branches of alder bursting into leaf.
